Most uplifting and welcoming environment I’ve been in. Encourages me to listen to my body and focus on my health and well-being. Amazing instructors, amazing students, and it is the best way for me to decompress after a long day 🙂

Who or what motivates you?

Cheryl! A powerhouse of a woman. So genuine, determined, and kind. Best energy to be around and one of my biggest role models. I aspire to be her. Outside of pineapple: my mom! Also strong, positive, authentic, and so supportive - my #1 motivator
