Pineapple Life Personal Training includes a more personalized, specific goal in mind, kind of approach. Our trainers listen and create an authentic plan for your success based on your hopes and individual needs for focus.
Each session will include target movements, building strength and toning muscle groups. We incorporate a bit of yoga, strength, cardio and weights into each session. We discuss nutrition and ideas for overall life optimization. A few moments of mindfulness is incorporated in every session as well because we believe it is all intertwined and our goal is to bring you complete mind + body connection and alignment.

- 60-minute one-on-one training session.
- Package of 5 60-minute one-on-one training sessions.

Sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Once you've paid for your personal traning session(s), a wellness concierge will reach out within 24 hours to schedule a mutually convenient time for your personal training with one of our certified trainers.
