Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a form of alternative therapy that uses gentle touch to palpate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. Coupled with the healing touch of Reiki Master, Cheryl Yamamoto, this treatment can help reduce overall stress levels, ease neck and back pain, and provide migraine headache relief. This service takes place in our magical wellness room on a massage table (you will be fully clothed during the entire session) and includes aromatherapy and Infrared light.
