Adding this therapy to your session can help reduce overall stress levels, ease neck and back pain, and provide migraine headache relief. Reiki Master, Cheryl Yamamoto uses healing techniques during your session that can calm anxiety, help you shift out of fight or flight and correct muscle and joint pain/spasms. This 30 Minute session is great as a stand alone session or as an add-on to any other studio or wellness room services. Sessions take place in our magical wellness room, on a massage table (you are fully clothed the entire session.) Aromatherapy and Infrared Light are also included with this service.
