Flexibility and mobility exercises, such as dynamic stretching, hip mobility drills, and foam rolling, can improve range of motion and help prevent injuries. Focus on the core and muscle conditioning helps to optimize performance and endurance. Using a fusion approach, we use short intervals of intense movement combined with deep stretching and mindfulness combined to ensure every aspect of the athlete is addressed to optimize overall performance. Choose to practice in our stunning salt studio or at your facility. Pricing begins at $69 per athlete and each session is completely customizable.
