This learning exercise provides an experience in sound, helping employees learn ways to incorporate sound into their everyday lives assisting with improved focus, relaxation, and stress relief. Sound is predicted to be the leading modality of wellness in the next decade. Your experience includes: -60 minutes of in person guidance. -Interactive learning activity. -Materials to support a perspective of change to that of opportunity and positivity. -$75 per team member for an in person workplace experience. -Virtual experience is $1500 and materials are able to be downloaded by employees.
