An extraordinary opportunity to assess and enhance your internal well-being. Designed to empower employees with tools to improve both physical and mental health, through movement, breath work, and mindfulness, we'll unlock the secrets of harnessing your body's energy and achieving a state of true wellness. *Interactive Session *Accessible guided movement *Relatable tips for mindfulness *Breath work "The Team Check-in" is not just another workshop; it's an invitation to prioritize your own holistic well-being. Included in your experience: -60 minutes of in person guidance. -Interactive learning activity. -Materials to support a perspective of change to that of opportunity and positivity. -$75 per team member for an in person workplace experience. -Virtual experience is $1500 and materials are able to be downloaded by employees. Minimum of 4 employees.
