Anything from new age, to rap, to folk, to golden oldies- if it makes me want to dance suddenly in the grocery store it’s good stuff. I’ve played piano since I was young, so classical/soundtrack scores are particularly grounding for me.

Why Pineapple?

I chose Pineapple based on how I observed the people in this community treat each other. It’s important for me to come into a space that is welcoming and non-judgmental, and the people here exude those values. Holding space for others in session, while being in a special space like this, only adds to the quality you can bring to people you’re trying to help.

Who or what motivates you?

How things were yesterday, what can be anticipated for tomorrow & what feels right in the moment keeps me motivated. The supportive people around me will also always be encouragement forward.
