  • Best class for beginners?
    We encourage you to try any class you feel comfortable after reading the description. All instructors provide modifications and we always encourage you to listen to your body, doing just what you can in that moment. Our students have felt the most supported beginning with the following classes: Barre Deep Stretching Yin Full and New Moon Yoga Fusion Yoga Hi-Yo Mindful Movement Sound Healing Yin Yoga YINyasa Zodiac Kundalini Looking to improve balance? Try Hatha. Trying to improve cardio? Give Warrior Rhythm or Power Yoga a try!
  • Are there non-heated classes?
    Yes! In fact, depending on the season there are oftentimes more non-heated than heated classes. The temperature of each class is listed in it's description.
  • What should I bring?
    All you really need is a yoga mat. Yoga mats can also be rented or purchased in studio. We supply a water dispenser, towels, showers* and all props needed for classes. We sell the latest in yoga + fitness wear, the best yoga mats and lots of fun gift items. *showers are available for most classes with the exception of classes prior to 9 am and after 7:30 pm.
  • What do I wear to class?
    It's best to wear loose comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. When choosing your attire think of leaning over, stretching and being in a variety of different poses. Most students wear yoga pants, tank tops, or shorts. For yoga, please join us barefoot or in socks. For fitness based classes, tennis shoes are optional.
  • How can I be most prepared for my first class?
    Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early. Parking is available in the front and back of the studio. Please check in at the front desk. A wellness concierge will check you in, show you where your class is as well as options to store your belongings. You'll leave everything including phones, loud jewelry, extra clothing, and anything besides water out of the studio room. Bring hydration into the room with you. You may feel nervous or apprehensive your first time and this is perfectly normal. It helps to remember everyone felt this way once. In the salt studio, the lights are always dimmed and the focus is on the instructor. We cater to all different levels - you will not feel alone or stand out as a "newbie". Pineapple Promise!
  • Where can I sign up for a class?
    You can sign up for a class right from our Pineapple Life Website here, or download our Pineapple Life app (for your ios device here or your Android device here.) If you have any problems with scheduling or need any assistance, please let us know. Please contact us at aloha@pineapplelife.com or call us at 425.908.9030. We will get back to you quickly.
  • Late cancel / no show policy?
    To allow other students your valuable spot, we ask that you please cancel 6 hours before so the next person on our waiting list may be able to enjoy the class. To avoid a late cancellation fee, please cancel your class within 6 hours before your class. Should an emergency happen within the 6 hours, call the studio or email aloha@pineapplelife.com. Our classes are often wait-listed, unfortunately for any no-shows, there will be an automatic no-show fee charged to your account. Thank you for being mindful and giving others the opportunity to enjoy your reserved spot.
  • Can I cancel my class?
    Yes of course, things come up! To allow other students your valuable spot, we ask that you please cancel 6 hours before so the next person on our waiting list may be able to enjoy the class. To avoid a late cancellation fee, please cancel your class within 6 hours before your class. Should an emergency happen within the 6 hours, call the studio or email aloha@pineapplelife.com.   • How do I know which package/membership is right for me?
    Our pricing is thoughtfully created so that your usage frequency is the sole determining factor.
  • When do class packs expire?
    Class packs expire a year after their purchase date. We understand unexpected things happen and if you need an extension for a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstance, please email aloha@pineapplelife.com
  • Do you offer discounts for any special groups like teachers, nurses, first responders, etc?
    We sure do! We created a membership for the following: First Responders Military Nurses School Staff Seniors (62+) Students If you qualify for this discount, please email aloha@pineapplelife.com and we will customize a reduced price for you. We appreciate what you give to our world:)
  • What are the benefits of a membership?
    Memberships are the best option for those that attend 2 or more times per week. Memberships include the following benefits: *Complimentary access to Pineapple Online. *15 % discount on retail* *$10 discount on workshops and special events *Private Sip + Shop Events *Retail discount does not include lululemon.
  • How do I purchase a membership?
    Easily! You can purchase on our website, in the studio, in the Pineapple Life App, or by calling 425-908-9030.
  • Can I pause my membership?
    Yes, you can! At Pineapple Life, we understand that life can get busy and sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. That's why we offer a membership pause option for our clients. If you need to pause your membership, please contact our customer service team at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. You can choose to pause your membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. Please note that you will be charged a $25 pause fee each month you pause your membership. This fee is to cover administrative costs and ensures that we can keep our prices affordable for all our members. This guarantees that your membership will resume at the existing pricing when you return. If you wish to pause your membership, please reach us at aloha@pineapplelife.com to begin your pause with a 30 day-notice.
  • Do you offer any discounted memberships for special groups like teachers, nurses, seniors, etc?
    We sure do! We created a membership for the following: First Responders Military Nurses School Staff Seniors (62+) Students This membership includes 8 classes per month for $108. (subject to change). If you qualify for this discount but want more than 8 classes per month, please email aloha@pineapplelife.com and we will customize a discount for you. We appreciate what you give to our world:)
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    Anytime you wish to cancel your membership, we require written 30 day notice sent to aloha@pineapplelife.com We will respond promptly.
